What is a good product to take for acid reflux? Is it cureable?
Posted on November 2nd, 2009 3 commentsI seem to burp alot and it burns like hell whenever something comes up. It’s been going on for about 3 weeks. Did I do something to cause it? Can it be cured?No related posts.

*Go to your doctor soon. Left untreated this condition can cause scar tissue to form and carried to its extreme cause cancer. I have taken Prilosec for ten years and it works wonderfully, because of its three-stage release process. Good Luck!

This is called GERD, gastroesophogeal reflux disease. It can be caused by many things such as foods high in acidity, cardiac sphincter hernias, or even stress. It is not curable by medication but can be relieved by pepcid OTC, or prilosec. If it is relieved ealsily then it is possible you have a lot of stress right now and your stomach is just churning.

if it keeps bothering you the best thing is go see a dr. sometimes prilosec works great if taken like it says. but it could be a serious condition or something as simple as a ulcer , only a dr can tell you for sure. hope you feel better.
