Does anyone else suffer from this? Have you cut out certain foods from your diet to be rid it? If so which foods? -

Does gripe water help with acid reflux in babies?
Posted on October 18th, 2009 4 commentsMy 6 month old has been on Zantac since he was 1 month old. I don’t like that he has to rely on medicine. He is breastfed so I have decided to change my diet and eliminate dairy, chocolate, citris, and spicy food. But I want to know if ther is anything else that can help sooth his reflux naturally. -
Does your baby have acid reflux?
Posted on September 13th, 2009 7 commentsDoes your little one have AR? What meds did your MD give them? What are some ways to comfort her? I have completely changed my diet as directed, but she still gets upset. Sometimes if I lay her flat in the pack n play she cries and cries until I sit her in a recline position. Is this reflux pain? Does your baby have a lot of drool too?
She has been diagnosed and does take Zantac twice a day. I was just curious how other AR babies were doing. -

3 Very Alarming Food Combinations You Should Avoid If You Have GERD (Acid Reflux)
Posted on July 19th, 2009 No commentsIn one of my previous write-ups, it was stressed that proper food combining is necessary for an individual who is suffering from GERD, acid reflux or any other digestive disorders due to the unhealthy mix of acid and alkaline enzymes in one’s body, specifically one’s stomach. A list of three common and unhealthy food combinations was brought up to encourage people to consider their diet and make the positive changes that will in turn have a better impact on their health.
